Operators are welcome to advertise special offers on this site provided the following conditions are met.

Value

Any offer advertised must represent at least 20% additional value (by way of monetary saving or value-added extras) when compared to the normal "rack rates" or general advertised and listed rates for the product/s offered.

Best Available

Any offer must be the best available offer advertised at any time - operators must agree to reduce costs to match the best available if a special is found to be undercut by other offers in the marketplace.

Indemnity

Value Vacations exists as a method to introduce travellers to tourism operators/principals and their offers. You, as operator/principal, specifically indemnify Value Vacations from any legal responsibility or involvement in contracts entered into as a result of introduction by this website. All dealings are between the consumer and the operator, and as such responsibility for any Agreement rests between those parties alone.

Our rights

We reserve the right to deny listing on this site at our sole discretion and will not enter into any negotiation in relation to denial of such listing.
